Your love story began way before the day you said ‘I DO’, and we want to capture a glimpse into the journey that you’ve been on together and who you really are as a couple. This moment before you embark on a beautiful new life together is full of excitement and expectation. During these sessions, we capture the beauty of that and what real life feels like when you aren’t the center of attention!
During the story session, we’ll get to know you in a situation where you’re free to be yourselves. This helps us understand your vibe and essentially research how we’ll capture and edit your wedding story.
Whether you want this story session to be an engagement shoot or just a documentation of a day that feels special to you, it really gives us an insight into your true personalities.

This is where the fun really starts! We’ll have a chat via Zoom, to help us get to know you and understand your vibe. We want to hear about the story that has led you to this point and learn about your vision for your wedding. Anything is up for discussion; we keep it nice and chilled.
step 04: Story Session
If you have a story or engagement session included in your package or if you live nearby, we love getting to hang out and meet up in real life! Story sessions help us get familiar with each other and help you feel as comfortable as possible around us. We also slot some footage into your final wedding film.

We absolutely travel! One of our favorite parts of our job is celebrating and documenting love in epic places. When you fill in the Contact form, let us know what your plan is. We will give you an estimate of costs and include travel expenses in the pricing. There won’t be any hidden fees!
q1. DO YOU TRAVEL? WHAT ABOUT TRAVEL EXPENSES?
HELL YES! We hate that we have to even put this on here! Love is love and we believe that it deserves to be documented beautifully. You deserve to have vendors who will celebrate you and make you feel at ease on your best day ever.
Q2. DO YOU CAPTURE LGBTQ+ WEDDINGS?
Our typical turnaround time for films is between 3-4 months. You’ll receive your photos within 10 weeks or less. During our busier seasons (especially late summer through the holidays), delivery times tend to be longer. We aim to give you a teaser and sneak peeks within the week of the wedding!
Q3. WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS AND FILM?
Yes! If you choose to have us for both services, we offer a discount of 10% off your total collection!
Q4. DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT IF WE BOOK BOTH PHOTO AND VIDEO?
Yes! We love a wedding weekend! We have collections specifically built for this or can customize based upon your needs. No need to miss out on those sweet rehearsal dinner speeches or fun moments of celebration with your favorite people!
Q5. WE'RE PLANNING A FULL WEEKEND EXPERIENCE. CAN YOU BE THERE FOR ALL OF IT?
YES! We believe audio is the biggest thing that sets video apart from photos. Whenever there is a part of your wedding where the audio may play an important part in the story, we will ensure we are prepared to capture it. When we begin editing, we sort through the best audio moments to map out a cohesive, meaningful story and build the film. around that.
Q6. WILL OUR VOWS OR SPEECHES BE IN OUR FILM?
Unfortunately not. There are both creative and legal reasons for this, but we strongly believe it is for the best. We only use licensed music in our films and we spend ages selecting the right music to fit your wedding day and your story.
Q7. CAN WE CHOOSE OUR OWN MUSIC FOR OUR WEDDING FILM?
Of course! Video is our bread and butter, but we love working alongside other talented photographers and always do our best to collaborate to provide the best experience for you!
